S.A.R. MADE THE DAY!
I’m going to end this week’s news on a more personal note. As I’d mentioned last week, I went to Arizona for a few days to celebrate dad’s 100th birthday. It was wonderful to have almost all of his descendants together, plus cousins and friends too. The highlight of the party, though, was the arrival of two gentlemen from the Sons of the American Revolution, in full replica dress complete with really big guns (which they offered to let dad fire). They presented him with one plaque from the SAR and one from a gentleman who creates wooden commemorative pieces for veterans. It was really a wonderful presentation.
As always, if you have any questions, corrections, comments, or concerns, please let me know. I really appreciate your input! You may reach me through either the CONTACT form on the website or email at info@conferencekeeper.org , and I’ll do my best to reply as soon as possible.
