150+ new genealogy events were added to our calendar this past week!

ALL of the upcoming genealogy events.
I was feeling a bit sorry for myself that I couldn’t make it to the National Genealogical Society Conference this week. There’s nothing quite like mingling and rubbing elbows with all my genealogy friends in person, and I’ve really missed that these past couple of years. But as I started to peruse the list of genealogy webinars and programs on the ConferenceKeeper calendar this weekend, I laughed at myself for forgetting just how much incredible genealogy education is available online! Whether it’s a live webinar or a recorded one, a person could probably spend several years doing nothing else and never finish all of the programs available!
This week’s newly added events are on quite a variety of truly fascinating topics. Just a few that caught my eye are:
- Jun 01 – Finding Your Ancestors’ Pre-Immigration Origins: a 3-Step Approach presented by Minnesota Genealogical Society
- Jun 02 – The Spoils of War: U.S. Soldiers’ Souvenirs of World War II in Wartime Reporting presented by the National Archives (US)
- Jun 08 – Down on the Farm: Records to Document your Farming Ancestors presented by Pikes Peak Genealogical Society
If you’re considering a degreed education program, you might be interested in
- Jun 07 – Degree Discovery: BYU-Idaho Family History Research Program presented by Utah Genealogical Association
And the best title winner this week goes to
- Jun 11 – It’s Not The Size of the Tree That Matters, lt’s the Quality of the Nuts You Find on There! (Hybrid Event) presented by North Suburban Genealogical Society and Glenview Public Library

DNA EDUCATION
This week’s additions include several DNA programs on all kinds of different aspects of the subject. Did you know there is a whole calendar of just DNA events on the website? You can find it under the “Other Events & Opportunities” Tab or just go to https://conferencekeeper.org/dna/
