The Kansas Council of Genealogical Societies 42nd Annual Genealogy Conference
co-sponsored by the Ellis County Historical Society
will be held this year in the Western part of our State. We are looking forward to meeting our west-side genealogists and enjoying the hospitality of Hays, Kansas. A special Add-On day for Friday, June 10 is being planned which will allow you to join other genealogists in visiting the sites of interest to us there (More Information To Follow). However, the hotel suggests that you book your room early for Friday night if you plan to stay over! Contact: Days Inn, 3205 Vine, Hays Kansas (785-628-8261) and ask for the KCGS Conference room rate for June 10 ($ 65.00). This hotel is next door to the conference location! Treena is the Days Inn manager and is excited to have us join them.
