Germanna Foundation 59th Annual Reunion & Conference July 14-17, 2016
Plan to attend the activities and welcome more than 200 Germanna descendants and others as Germanna celebrates the 300th anniversary of Alexander Spotswood’s Knights of the Golden Horseshoe Expedition at the Germanna Reunion and Conference 14-17 July. The schedule of events is below.
Thursday, July 14
- Noon – 4:00 pm: Germanna Reunion Registration Open House at Germanna Foundation Brawdus Martin Visitor Center, visit the Fort Germanna/Enchanted Castle archaeological site
- 6:00 – 8:00 pm: Board of Trustees Reception (by invitation) at Germanna Foundation Brawdus Martin Visitor Center
Friday, July 15
8:45 am – 4:30 pm: Knights of the Golden Horseshoe Bus Tour- 6:00 – 9:00 pm: Germanna Reunion Oktoberfest Dinner at Salubria, entertainment by the Low ‘N’ Brows German band
Saturday, July 16
- 8:30 am – 4:00 pm: Historical and Genealogical Conference at Germanna Community College Daniel Technology Center, Culpeper
