For those who purchase the printed Research Guide for $24.95, the Guide will be shipped two weeks before the event. If ordered after August 15th, it will be shipped as soon as possible. If you purchase the printed Research Guide for $15.00, you will get it at checkin, it will not be shipped in advance (if you fail to pick up your Research Guide at the event a $10 shipping and handling charge will be required before shipping after the event). For those attending the event virtually, a PDF will be available to download during the broadcast only.

A convention for people of German origin interested in the genealogy, culture and history of their ancestors who migrated through Russian Poland, Volhynia, and surrounding areas.

For late registrations, we suggest printing and completing the registration form and sending a scan to convention@sggee.org and bring the form and payment to the convention when you check in. This gives us head-count for attendance as well as the Banquet, and Name Badges. You can also send an email to convention@sggee.org with the required information set out in the registration form.

Walk-ins for the convention are accepted at the door, but there is no guarantee for banquet tickets.
